About Just Breathe: Trach Training Experts

Why We Train, Who We Serve, What We Offer

Our Mission

Empowering nurses. Elevating care.

At Just Breathe, we believe subacute care demands confident, competent clinicians—yet too many are thrown into the deep end without proper training. We specialize in Ventilator Management and Tracheostomy Proficiency Classes designed for nurses working in subacute and skilled nursing environments. Our mission is to close that gap by delivering hands-on, real-world education in tracheostomy and ventilator management. We’re here to equip nurses with the skills they need to protect their patients and themselves.

Who We Are

Built by a Respiratory Therapist who knows what’s at stake.

Founded by Jennifer Stegall with 18+ years in respiratory care, Just Breathe was created to bridge the disconnect between clinical expectations and real training. Jennifer’s experience in acute and subacute settings shaped a curriculum that’s practical, relevant, and laser-focused on nurse success. We serve nurses and facilities throughout Southern California—both in-person and online.

What We Offer

Education that moves the needle in subacute care.

  • Tracheostomy & Ventilator Training: We offer in-depth Ventilator Management and Tracheostomy Proficiency Classes for RNs, LVNs, and CNAs, all designed to deliver practical, CEU-approved training that transfers directly to the bedside.

  • Onboarding Support: Streamlined training tools to help facilities onboard smarter and retain staff longer.

  • Digital Resources: Downloadable guides, templates, and study materials you can use immediately.

Every tool, every class, and every download we offer is designed to build real-world confidence—because better-prepared staff means better patient outcomes.

“I started Just Breathe because I kept seeing great nurses being set up to fail. We’re here to change that—through clear training, better tools, and smarter onboarding.”

– Jennifer Stegall, RCP
